Download
1. Download pdf file, open in Adobe Reader.

Print
2. Print "page one".
3. Put "page one" back into the printer paper tray (blank side ready for printing).
4. Print page two (on the back of "page one").

Fold
5. Place "page one" (Meaning Maker logo) face down on the table.
6. Fold the right side one third towards left side.
7. Fold the left side one third towards right side.
